However, we welcome people of all ages who finds value in the information and stories shared here, including family members and friends seeking to better understand ADHD and support their loved ones.
Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to join the group or benefit from the information shared?
No formal diagnosis is required to join our community or benefit from the resources we share. We welcome anyone who resonates with the ADHD experience, whether diagnosed or undiagnosed, and those looking to learn more about ADHD’s impact on family life.
What type of content and resources can I expect to find here?

Is there a space for youth and teens with ADHD, or is it only focused on adults and parents?
While our primary focus is on parents and caregivers, we acknowledge that some information may benefit youth and teens as well. Our content is crafted to be inclusive, offering insights and resources that can resonate across age groups, especially as we continue to expand our offerings.
