Why the community

When we connect with others who truly understand our experiences, we create a supportive network that can be a lifeline during difficult times. These connections remind us that we’re not alone and understood by those who have walked similar paths. For parents, sharing insights into managing ADHD - whether in themselves or their children - can provide invaluable guidance on navigating school, social situations, and family life with confidence and resilience.
Our stories help normalise the diverse ways ADHD can impact families, showcasing both the challenges and the unique strengths that often accompany ADHD. This collective knowledge and understanding uplifts and unites the ADHD community, empowering ohers with similar challenges to embrace their unique journeys and advocate for the support and understanding they deserve. In this way, we not only support ourselves but also create a stronger, more compassionate community for future generations. This community is dedicated to supporting parents and carers with ADHD, along with those raising children with ADHD, while also offering a welcoming space for young people as they navigate their ADHD journey. Your journey matters.

How we share your story

The experiences shared by parents in our community aren’t just powerful; they are essential in raising awareness about the unique challenges faced by parents with ADHD and those raising children with ADHD.
Initially, we will feature these stories on our social media channels, helping to foster understanding, and support within our online community.
Looking ahead, we aim to amplify these voices by incorporating them into resources shared with organisations, charities, and advocacy groups with a similar mission. By doing so, we strive to build stronger support networks, inspire change, and increase awareness for ADHD families in meaningful ways.

every day is a reminder that being different is not a weakness, but a source of incredible strength and creativity
